A Truly Collaborative Design Experience
David Smith is a registered BCIN Designer with almost two decades worth of experience in the industry of Architecture and Design/Build.
In 2023 David received the Peggy Kurtin Award for Excellence in Restoration, for his work on 274 Carlton Street, in the heart of Cabbagetown. This distinguished recognition is awarded by the Cabbagetown Preservation Association and celebrates great work in restoration and streetscape improvement within the neighbourhood.
David has also been the recipient of the HomeStars annual “Best of” Award nine times. This award recognizes companies that provide the highest level of customer service and experience based on audited customer reviews and ratings.
He has also had the opportunity to collaborate with some of Toronto’s premier Contractors and Builders on projects that have been featured in the National Post, BlogTO, BlogTO(2), STOREYS, the MASH and VOGUE.
